RÉSONANCE

Résonance

01Concept

What we experience also depends on how we pay attention to it.

Through gastronomy, image, sound and staging, Résonance seeks to shift our bearings and to make us look, listen and taste differently.

A seated woman, eyes closed, a thread of golden light across her face; around her, diners at their tables beneath projected lines of light.
A white plate: white fish, a golden tuile, a pale sauce and a line of green oil; a glass of water and candles against a dark background.

02Time

Some moments pass. Others seem suspended.

Résonance plays with these shifts in rhythm: speeding up, slowing down, surprising, letting things breathe.

A woman in a dark coat, in profile, at the edge of a translucent dome; shadows of branches on the canvas, guests behind her.

03Presence

Sometimes it is enough to slow down to rediscover what was already there.

Résonance creates moments where the gaze focuses, where sound isolates, where movement captivates, where silence returns to its place.

04Resonance

What remains once the moment has already passed.

For some moments pass. Others go on resonating.
