Questions
What to know before experiencing Résonance, or hosting an event there.
What is Résonance?
Résonance is an immersive work in eight acts, experienced around a dinner in Geneva. Gastronomy, image, sound, movement, matter, space and silence become the languages of a single creation.
It does not set out to add a show to a dinner. It builds a journey that returns, at the end, to what is simplest: people, and the trace left by what they have just experienced.
How is it different from a dinner show?
Résonance does not set dishes, images and performances side by side. Each act receives something from the one before, transforms it, then passes it on; at different moments, one language takes the lead while the others step back.
Technology, immersion and spectacle are never an end in themselves: they shift your attention, then withdraw. What remains is a table and the people gathered around it.
How does the evening unfold?
You first arrive in two domes in the heart of the Jardin des Nations, where guests meet and gradually leave everyday life behind. You then cross the threshold of Syllepse, whose 360° panoramic screen completely surrounds the guests.
The work unfolds in eight acts: Threshold, Apparition, Voyage, Matter, Time, Trace, Echo and Return. The manifesto describes them (in French).
Where does Résonance take place?

Up to 70 seated, 100 standing and 150 indoors and out. Syllepse offers 220 m² of floor space, 8 m of height and 500 m² of 360° screen; the two Crossover domes add 38 m² and 68 m².
What about catering for a private event?
Résonance’s own caterer, or a caterer of your choice. Furniture, tableware, bar, sound, microphones and visual content can complete the set-up depending on the format. The events brochure (in French) details the spaces and rental rates.
